Infrastructural Setup
We possess a robust manufacturing unit where a series of traditional and modern machines are used for manufacturing flawless church bells and swinging accessories. We also boast of our mighty workforce, which includes highly skilled artisans, craftsmen, quality analysts, and research staff, amongst others. It is the combination of our professionals and machines that has allowed us to offer a wide range of products to our esteemed clients. Our workforce ensures maximum utilization of the available resources and offers the most appropriate range of products to customers.
Quality Testing
After processing, these bells are sent to the MSME Testing Centre established by the Ministry of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises, Government of India, for testing purposes in Chennai. There, a sample of the bell metal is minutely tested to satisfy our quality requirements.

Wastage of Metal
To produce bells through all metallurgical operations, chipping, turning, grinding, and rough polishing are required. All the above processes waste some metal, which is called wastage. But such a wasted metal cannot be regained in the foundry.
Process of Inspection
Once we have completed the designs, we provide our clients the opportunity to come to our premises for inspection. At this time, our clients can personally check such critical details as weight and quality of sound before the bell dispatches.
